Smoked and cured salmon is perfect for entertaining and well deserves its reputation on the well-laid party table. It adds a bit of luxury to the party without being prohibitively costly. Smoked salmon also has a traditional place at the breakfast table. At Just Cured, we think our smoked and cured salmon is perfect for other meals, for both your guests and your family.

On these pages, we intend to provide you with recipes using our products, serving suggestions and entertainment tips. Michael will offer a number of his favorite recipes and ideas and will be soliciting others from our friends and customers.

Note that we will not reproduce actual recipes so as not to interfere with copyright rights of others. Please do tell us, however, that you enjoyed a particular recipe from a named cookbook using our products, for example.
