Just Cured is also pleased to offer a special product handmade by a friend.† Jean-Philippe Solnom’s Cuisine du Chocolat chocolates are the fitting end to any meal that includes Just Cured salmon.† Jean Philippe’s chocolates are flavored ganache dipped in dark chocolate.† These are some of the best chocolates I have ever tasted.† Available flavors are milk chocolate, dark chocolate, raspberry, passion fruit, vanilla, coffee, and four spice.† Choose from:

Finally, all Just Cured gift packages will come with special recipes and serving suggestions.† All gifts that include our half smoked salmon will also contain a two ounce portion of each of two compound butters we make specially to serve with our half smoked salmon.
We will hand deliver gift packages in the Greater Cincinnati area.† Gifts to out of area recipients will be shipped next day air.† Local delivery is complimentary; next day air will be charged at our actual cost.† We will schedule delivery to meet your desired dates.
