Just Cured - Experience Fine Foods

Just Cured is developing a full line of cured and smoked products. At this time, we are offering a European style cold smoked salmon, a traditional dill cured gravlax and a ìhalf smokedî salmon. We make all of our smoked and cured salmon using traditional processes involving a minimum of manipulation to the underlying fish.† All of our salmon is certified Kosher.
