Half Smoked Salmon

We created our Half Smoked Salmon to be the centerpiece of main course dishes. We package two 5 ounce filet portions per bag. Certified Kosher.

Cook the filets for about 7 minutes using your favorite method ó grill, bake in a 400F oven, sautÈ over medium high heat, or poach in barely simmering liquid. The look of medium rare in the middle is the target; our full cure means you can readily eat the Half Smoked Salmon without additional cooking.
